Arranging a ride is easy
Just call Member Services at 844-221-7736 | TTY:711 at least TWO business days before your appointment. Your member services representative will ask for important information, including:
- Your pick-up address
- Date and time of your appointment
- Drop-off address
- If this is for one-way or round-trip (two trip) service
That’s it! Bright HealthCare arranges your transportation with Circulation. So, you can relax and enjoy the ride.
